2 rooms apartment of 50 m² in Berlin

English: Our spacious house is situated in the exclusive Prenzlauer Berg, bordering Friedrichshain. We are a grown up community with four rooms, two bathrooms and three toilets. This means that there is plenty of space for everyone to feel comfortable. The S-Bahn is very close and brings you everywhere in Berlin. We also have two trams in walking distance as well as the U5. Wwe keep the home quiet and clean. A cleaning lady cleans the house once a week. There are raspberries in the summer and fall as well as the most delicious apples! Parking is free in this area, and there are always spots available on the street. The available room is for one person only. Important: I am away for long periods of time. Occasionally, when I am in Berlin, I give piano lessons in the living room during the afternoon. It hasn't bothered anyone so far as it is restricted to a few hours here and there. I hope it's ok for you! Looking forward to meeting you! German: Unser großzügiges Haus liegt im schönen Prenzlauer Berg, direkt an der Grenze zu Friedrichshain. Wir sind eine erwachsene, entspannte Wohngemeinschaft mit vier Zimmern, zwei Bädern und drei Toiletten – also genug Platz, damit sich jede*r wohlfühlen kann. Die S-Bahn ist ganz in der Nähe und bringt dich schnell überall in Berlin hin. Außerdem sind zwei Straßenbahnlinien und die U5 bequem zu Fuß erreichbar. Wir legen Wert auf eine ruhige und saubere Atmosphäre. Einmal pro Woche kommt eine Reinigungskraft und kümmert sich um den Haushalt. Im Sommer und Herbst kannst du dich auf Himbeeren und richtig leckere Äpfel aus dem Garten freuen! In dieser Gegend ist das Parken kostenlos, und es gibt eigentlich immer freie Plätze auf der Straße. Das freie Zimmer ist nur für eine Person gedacht. Wichtig zu wissen: Ich bin oft für längere Zeit unterwegs. Wenn ich in Berlin bin, gebe ich gelegentlich am Nachmittag Klavierunterricht im Wohnzimmer. Das waren bisher immer nur ein paar Stunden hier und da, und niemand hat sich daran gestört.
