It is very well communicated, within walking distance you reach three different subway stations (Kottbusser Tor, Moritzplatz and Heinrich Heine) and the big train station Ostbahnhof is also very close. The bus 147 stops right in font of the house. There are 2 supermarkets that are not even 2 minutes walking distance. Another one is approximately 5 minutes away. The kitchen is fully furnished and also brand new and include microwave and oven, dishwasher and washing machine. The bedroom has a cm bed and a huge 2 meter long wardrobe. From the office room you can reach the balcony and catch some fresh air and enjoy the view to the pool.
