A furnished 70 m² apartment is offered (floor space approx. 85 m² - 70m² due to the sloping roof) on the upper floor of our 2-family house in Berlin-Frohnau / Reinickendorf for up to 4 people. Police registration is possible and the broadcasting fees are then to be paid by the tenant. Smoking is only permitted on the balcony of the apartment. Pets are partially permitted - cats are not allowed. Dogs must be kept on a leash and are expected not to be left alone in the apartment and to be taken for regular walks - other animals on request. As the entrance to the apartment is reached via a spiral staircase, there should be no walking difficulties. The apartment consists of a living room, 2 bedrooms, bathroom, hallway, pantry, kitchen and balcony. The bathroom with a window has a bathtub with shower option, toilet and a sink. The kitchen is equipped with a stove, oven, extractor hood, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, kettle, toaster, dishes, cutlery, washing machine and furniture. In the living room there is an antique cupboard, a sofa set made of real leather, tables, carpets and a television. The bedrooms have beds for up to 4 people. The house is located on the Tegeler Forst, in the beautiful Frohnau / Reinickendorf district, which is characterized by single-family homes and has many shops, cafes, banks and restaurants. It is centrally located just a 15-minute walk from the Berlin-Frohnau S-Bahn station (from there it is about 30 minutes to the Friedrichstrasse S-Bahn station).
