English: A furnished 70 m² apartment is offered (floor space approx. 85 m² - 70m² due to the sloping roof) on the upper floor of our 2-family house in Berlin-Frohnau / Reinickendorf for up to 4 people.
Police registration is possible and the broadcasting fees are then to be paid by the tenant. Smoking is only permitted on the balcony of the apartment. Pets are partially permitted - cats are not allowed. Dogs must be kept on a leash and are expected not to be left alone in the apartment and to be taken for regular walks - other animals on request.
As the entrance to the apartment is reached via a spiral staircase, there should be no walking difficulties.
The apartment consists of a living room, 2 bedrooms, bathroom, hallway, pantry, kitchen and balcony.
The bathroom with a window has a bathtub with shower option, toilet and a sink. The kitchen is equipped with a stove, oven, extractor hood, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, kettle, toaster, dishes, cutlery, washing machine and furniture.
In the living room there is an antique cupboard, a sofa set made of real leather, tables, carpets and a television. The bedrooms have beds for up to 4 people.
The house is located on the Tegeler Forst, in the beautiful Frohnau / Reinickendorf district, which is characterized by single-family homes and has many shops, cafes, banks and restaurants. It is centrally located just a 15-minute walk from the Berlin-Frohnau S-Bahn station (from there it is about 30 minutes to the Friedrichstrasse S-Bahn station).
Parking spaces can be used easily and free of charge in front of the house.

German: Angeboten wird eine möblierte 70 m² Wohnung (Grundfläche ca. 85 m² – aufgrund der Dachschrägen 70m² ) im Obergeschoss unseres 2 Familienhauses in Berlin-Frohnau / Reinickendorf für bis zu 4 Personen.
Eine polizeiliche Anmeldung ist möglich und die Rundfunkgebühren sind dann vom Mieter zu tragen. Rauchen ist nur auf dem Balkon der Wohnung gestattet . Haustiere sind teilweise gestattet -Katzen sind nicht erlaubt Hunde sind an der Leine zu führen und es wird erwartet, das sie nicht allein in der Wohnung verbleiben und regelmäßig eine Gassirunde gegangen wird - andere Tiere auf Anfrage.
Da der Eingang der Wohnung über eine Wendeltreppe zu erreichen ist, sollte keine Gehbehinderung bestehen.
Die Wohnung besteht aus Wohnzimmer , 2 Schlafzimmern , Badezimmer , Flur , Kammer , Küche und Balkon.
Das Badezimmer mit Fenster hat eine Badewanne mit Duschmöglichkeit , WC und ein Waschbecken. Die Küche ist mit Herd , Backofen , Dunstabzugshaube , Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach , Mikrowelle , Wasserkocher , Toaster , Geschirr , Besteck , Waschmaschine und Möbeln ausgestattet.
Im Wohnzimmer gibt es neben einem antiken Schrank , eine Couchgarnitur aus echtem Leder , Tische , Teppiche und einen Fernseher. Die Schlafzimmer haben Betten für bis zu 4 Personen.
Das Haus befindet sich am Tegeler Forst, im schönen von Einfamilienhäusern geprägten Stadtteil Frohnau / Reinickendorf mit vielen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Cafes, Banken und Restaurants. Es ist zentral gelegen nur ca.15 min Fußweg entfernt vom S – Bahnhof Berlin – Frohnau ( von dort ca. 30 min bis zum S – Bhf. Friedrichstr.).
Parkplätze können problemlos und kostenfrei vor dem Haus genutzt werden.
