There are two bedrooms with comfy double/queen size beds, a large living room and a small sunny balcony with view onto the road. Area: Neukölln is cool, there are lots of restaurants and cafes in the area. - Free parking in the street - Washer dryer - Dishwasher - Fortnightly cleaning included No smoking or parties Please look after my plants :) Small pets are allowed as long as they are well trained (house trained and quiet) we can talk about it. Sie ist renoviert mit einem wirklich schönen Badezimmer mit Badewanne und Regendusche, einer Spülmaschine und einem sonnigen Balkon. Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig, hat zwei Schlafzimmer mit bequemen Doppelbetten und einen kleinen sonnigen Balkon mit Blick auf die Straße.
