Within walking distance are Edeka, Aldi, Lidl, Alnatura, and several bakeries. Ottensen can be reached in 15 minutes on foot; buses (lines 2, 3, 288) or the S-Bahn (Bahrenfeld/S1) take you to the city center in about 20 minutes. The A7 motorway is only a few minutes away, and the Volkspark with its real forest areas is practically on your doorstep. Rental period: mid-January to end of March 2026.
