2 rooms apartment of 65 m² in Stuttgart

English: Having traveled quite extensively myself over the last years, I wanted to create a place to feel at home at once. It is located on the fourth floor of my house, with big windows letting in the full amount of sunshine. Everything has just been redone, so you will encounter a place with a new bathroom, new kitchen, new furniture and new everything. Wi-Fi is blazingly fast and the 65` flat screen is ready for your favorite online TV show. Food can be easily prepared on the induction stove and an oven. After a nice dinner, the dishwasher takes care of the plates :=) The apartment style is classy, yet I could not entirely hide my compassion for the city that never sleeps, could I? In order to make it not only special but also practical, I added hangers, a microwave and excess to a free washing machine/dryer. Last but not least you will have a Nespresso coffee machine, a hair dryer and an iron waiting for you. To ease hot summer days, the appartment is fully air conditioned (seperate pay per use). In case you want to experience the lovely hospitality there are really nice places at easy walking distance (1-4 minute walk) for breakfast, lunch, dinner and a drink. German: Die Wohnung befindet sich im vierten Stock meines Hauses und verfügt über große Fenster, durch die den ganzen Tag Sonne hereinkommt. Alles wurde frisch renoviert – du findest also ein komplett neues Badezimmer, eine neue Küche, neue Möbel… einfach alles ist neu. Das WLAN ist blitzschnell, und der 65-Zoll-Flachbildfernseher wartet schon auf deine Lieblingsserie im Netz. Kochen ist ganz unkompliziert dank Induktionsherd und Backofen – und nach einem leckeren Abendessen übernimmt der Geschirrspüler den Rest :) Der Stil der Wohnung ist klassisch-elegant – aber ich konnte meine Liebe zur Stadt, die niemals schläft, einfach nicht ganz verbergen, oder? Damit es nicht nur besonders, sondern auch praktisch ist, habe ich Kleiderbügel, eine Mikrowelle sowie Zugang zu einer kostenlosen Waschmaschine und einem Trockner hinzugefügt. Und natürlich warten eine Nespresso-Maschine, ein Haartrockner und ein Bügeleisen auf dich. An heißen Sommertagen sorgt eine vollwertige Klimaanlage für Abkühlung (separat nach Verbrauch abgerechnet). Wenn du Lust hast, die charmante Gastfreundschaft in der Umgebung zu erleben: In nur 1–4 Gehminuten erreichst du tolle Cafés und Restaurants für Frühstück, Mittagessen, Abendessen oder einfach einen Drink.
