Ich benutze ein außerhalb der Wohnung gelegenes Zimmer aber eigentlich nur zum Schlafen und bin früh aus dem Haus.Die 2020 neu gebaute Wohnung ist hell und auch im Winter warm, hat ein Schlafzimmer (Bett 140cm,200cm) mit großem Kleiderschrank (2,50m breit), eine große offene Wohnküche, ein modernes Bad sowie eine gemütliche Terrasse.---Sublet (flatmate for 1 week a month) wanted for a beautiful, furnished and fully equipped shared commuter-apartment. The total costs including all additional costs, electricity, telephone & internet, GEZ etc. are a flat rate of 1,400 euros.You have the apartment all to yourself for 3 out of 4 weeks per month. I (42, m) am in the appartment about one week a month, sometimes only during the week.
