English: Quiet, cosy, fully equipped, modern apartment for 2-3 guests. 15 minutes to the city center, fair and airport and surrounded by a large forrest area for recreation. Perfect for couples, friends, or business travelers. Large enough for max 3 adults ( or 2 adults and one child older than 6 years) for short-term travel and 2 adults and 2 children under 6 years of age. The apartment consists of ONE bedroom with a large double bed (180cmx200) and open living room to the kitchen with small sofa bed for a possible extra guest (or 2 children under 6 ). We also can offer to put up a full-size mattress in the living room. Kitchen with hotplate, small fridge, , microwave, coffee maker and kettle. Of course, crockery, cutlery, linen, towels are all included. In the small bathroom you will find a shower, toilet and washbasin with a large mirror. This is our smallest apartment , but we consider it comforting and cosy. Of course for longer stays it is the most convenient for 2 adults only. It is facing a quiet very green inner court and you can leave the windows open to enjoy the fresh air and no noise outside. Small grocery shop and a pizza place as well as the bus station just 50 meters from the house. Free parking in all streets nearby. Die Wohnung besteht aus einem Schlafzimmer mit einem Doppelbett und Wohnzimmer mit einem Schlafsofa für einen mögliche extra Gast (oder 2 Kinder). Küche mit Kochplatte, Kühlschrank, , Mikrowelle, Kaffeemaschine und Wasserkocher. Selbstverständlich ist Geschirr, Besteck, Bettwäsche, Handtücher alles vorhanden.
