1 room apartment of 23m² in Hanover

English: I am looking for a subtenant for my fully furnished studio apartment at THE FIZZ Hannover. Residents here must be students, interns, pupils, trainees, or young professionals starting their careers. The apartment is located on the 1st floor and faces a quiet dead-end street, making it very peaceful. It is also one of the few apartments in THE FIZZ with a window in the bathroom, which I personally found very pleasant. The rent is an all-inclusive price, covering rent, utilities, internet, and furniture – so there’s almost nothing you need to take care of yourself. If you like socializing, it’s very easy to meet people in the building, but you can just as easily enjoy privacy in your own apartment. German: Ich suche einen Untermieter für mein voll möbliertes Studio-Apartment im THE FIZZ Hannover. (Wohnen dürfen hier Studenten, Praktikanten, Schüler, Azubis und Leute die neu ins Jobleben einsteigen) Die Wohnung liegt im 1. Obergeschoss mit Blick zu einer ruhigen Straße (Sackgasse) und gehört zu den wenigen Apartments im THE FIZZ mit einem Fenster im Badezimmer, was ich persönlich immer sehr angenehm fand. Die Miete ist ein All-in-Preis, darin sind Miete, Nebenkosten, Internet und Möbel bereits enthalten. Man muss sich also um fast nichts kümmern. Im Haus lernt man, wenn man mag, super schnell Leute kennen, kann sich aber genauso gut in seine eigene Wohnung zurückziehen.
