2 rooms apartment of 65 m² in Berlin

English: I'm subletting my spacious 2-room apartment (one bedroom, one living/working room) in Berlin. The view from the apartment is great, it's very sunny and quiet. It's located in Neukölln, in walking distance to a lot of bars/ restaurants as well as parks (Tempelhofer Feld, Hasenheide). Public transport is also nearby (U8 Boddinstrasse 6 min. away; U7 Rathaus Neukölln 5 min. away). The bathroom has also a bathtub. German: Ich vermiete meine geräumige 2-Zimmer-Wohnung (ein Schlafzimmer, ein Wohn-/Arbeitszimmer) in Berlin vom 21. März (vielleicht auch früher) bis zum 15. Mai unter. Die Wohnung ist sehr ruhig, sehr sonnig und hat eine tolle Aussicht. Sie befindet sich in Neukölln, in Laufnähe zu vielen Bars/Restaurants sowie Parks (Tempelhofer Feld, Hasenheide). Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel sind ebenfalls in der Nähe (U8 Boddinstraße 6 min. entfernt; U7 Rathaus Neukölln 5 min. entfernt). Das Bad ist mit einer Badewanne ausgestattet.
