To guarantee your booking we charge a deposit of 25 % of the total amount (=prepayment) which is non-refundable. Hereby, we don't stand bail. Our Premium Studio is part of a modern apartment hotel in the Northern part of Hamburg. Close to the hotel is a bus stop to reach the airport (3km) or city center (7km) with ease. This spacious 1-room-studio (35 sqm) offers a lot of comfort. A cooking facility (2 cooking plates) is included and within walking distance you can buy everything you need to fill your fridge in a supermarket. Once a week a room cleaning and change of linen and towels is included. In the basement you can find our washing center to use our washing machines and dryer free of charge. In addition, our fitness area is 24/7 accessible and in case of any further questions our reception team will be happy to help. In our livingroom - snack & lounge you can find cozy seating, a fireplace and an outdoor terrace which makes it an ideal place to spend all day and to relax.
