2 rooms apartment of 52 m² in Berlin

English: Bedroom with Workspace as well as a living room with big bed and an optional sleeping sofa(matrace inside). Furthermore a SmartTv as well as a table for eating. Including a shared kitchen and bathroom. This is a shared apartment where we keep 2 rooms for our private use. We are very chill and usually travel a lot. We are usually not in the apartment 98% of the time. German: Schlafzimmer mit Arbeitsbereich sowie ein Wohnzimmer mit großem Bett und optional einem Schlafsofa (Matratze innen). Außerdem ein Smart-TV und ein Esstisch. Gemeinsame Nutzung von Küche und Badezimmer. Dies ist eine Wohngemeinschaft, in der wir 2 Zimmer für unsere private Nutzung behalten. Wir sind sehr entspannt und reisen in der Regel viel. Wir sind normalerweise 98% der Zeit nicht in der Wohnung.
