Apart from that there is plenty of nice little cafes and restaurants just at the doorstep from the apartment. The surrounding area is quiet and all completely renovated but just a 5 minutes walk away from The Simon Dach street where nightlife activities such as nice bars and clubs can be found. On Saturdays there is a wonderful farmers market at the Boxhagener platz which is just a 5-6 minutes walk away. If you walk into the opposite direction you’ll find the Ostkreuz train station wich connects you to the whole city with the very convenient S41 and S42 Trains. on top of that you have 2 Tram lines not even 1 minute from the apartment The area the apartment is situated at is one of the hippest areas of whole Berlin. you’ll find that everything Berlin has to offer is just a nice little walk away from shops to restaurants, bars or nightlife activities all in foot reach. Additionally we installed a new Sony 55“ 4K UHD Smart tv with all streaming services preinstalled. *** It’s a non smoker apartment. Partys are not allowed A Shorter stay than 3 month is negotiable. *** The prices shown are for 1 person occupancy. An additional fee of (EUR 150) is due for an additional person. Smaller pets are possible on requestand under special conditions. The surcharge is (90 EUR). You can book a cleaning service, it is excluded from the price and will be paid separately. the prices are as follow: - 60 EUR / once a month - 100 EUR / 2x a month - 150 EUR / 4x a month.
