The living room is complete with smart TV, a bluetooth stereo system and a table football. The entrance to the shaded balcony is through here. The guest room (next to the living room) is equipped with a daybed which pulls out to be a sturdy queen size bed (cm). The master bedroom to the back has a king size bed (cm). Get a good night’s rest thanx to quality mattresses and down-filled blankets. For your work from home, there are two desks and reliable, fast internet connection throughout the entire flat. The central kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary cooking utilities and a large dining table, there is an espresso machine and a dishwasher. The spacious bathroom has both bath tub and a rain shower, and tucked away under the sink, the washing machine. The storage room has many shelves and stays hidden behind sliding doors. There is bike parking in the backyard. Stairs only, no elevator. Should you need a lessor’s confirmation of residence (Wohnungsgeberbestätigung) for registering with the authorities, no problem! We recommend booking a biweekly cleaning service for a surplus (€50/service). While your home is being tidied up, allow yourself to spend some time in your new neighborhood... Helmholtzplatz is a lively park surrounded by many cafés, delis and a farmer's market on Saturdays. Or take a stroll down Stargarder Strasse, famous for its vintage boutiques and make a stop at one of the best ice cream makers in town.
