But it's not just Hamburg city center that is within easy reach: in just over an hour you can be in Büsum on the North Sea coast. If you want to head for the wide sandy beach of St. Peter-Ording, it takes only slightly longer, as does the journey to the Baltic Sea. The Hamburg Arena is about 7 km away. All major shopping chains can be reached in a few minutes by car. The Japanese school in Halstenbek can be reached by bike in about 10 minutes. The house with a huge areat of land (2500 square meters) is located on a traffic-calmed street. The beautiful garden and the adjoining tree nurseries invite you to relax after a day in the hustle and bustle of the big city. The south-west facing terrace offers a wonderful view of the adjacent tree nurseries. General: The house, built in the 1980s, has been divided into three apartments.
