The flat is located in the Rotherbaum district, just a five-minute walk from the university. The location is excellent and the neighbourhood is fantastic. The home is cosy and furnished with attention to detail, which makes it nice to return here again and again. You will find stylish designer pieces, an inviting dining table and an overall very pleasant atmosphere.
I have a deep attachment to this flat and look forward to giving someone the opportunity to find a second home here.

ich vermiete meine Wohnung zur Zwischenmiete, gerne auch ab Anfang April bis zur ersten Woche im August, mit der Option auf Verlängerung. Die Wohnung ist komplett möbliert und sehr hochwertig ausgestattet.
Zur Ausstattung gehören WLAN, Waschmaschine und Spülmaschine. Weitere Details können den Bildern entnommen werden. Die Bilder sind etwas älter und nicht in bester Qualität, aber falls Interesse besteht und alles Weitere passt, biete ich gerne eine Besichtigung der Wohnung an.
Ich erwarte, dass mit meinen Sachen sorgfältig umgegangen wird. Gesucht wird eine vertrauenswürdige Person, die zeitweise eine Unterkunft sucht. Ein Einzug als Paar ist ebenfalls willkommen.
Die Wohnung befindet sich im Stadtteil Rotherbaum, 5 Minuten von der Universität entfernt. Die Lage ist top, die Nachbarn sind großartig. Die Wohnung ist sehr gemütlich und liebevoll eingerichtet.
Ich liebe diese Wohnung; es ist jedes Mal ein tolles Gefühl, nach Hause zu kommen. Sie ist sehr stilvoll, mit vielen Designerstücken, einem Esstisch und einer Wohlfühlatmosphäre eingerichtet.
