English: Due to a three-month stay abroad, we are renting out our apartment in a prime location for interim rent from the beginning of January to the end of March 2024. The apartment is fully furnished and is cleaned weekly. Ideal for business travelers, couples or a small family, for a nice time in a wonderful place in Munich. The Isar river is a 3 minute walk away. Some good restaurants are within walking distance. It is about 6 minutes to the streetcar and 25 minutes to the center. German: Aufgrund eines dreimonatigen Auslandsaufenthaltes vermieten wir unsere Wohnung in bester Lage zur Zwischenmiete von Anfang Januar bis Ende März 2024. Die Wohnung ist komplett möbliert und wird wöchentlich gereinigt. Ideal für Geschäftsreisende, Pärchen oder eine kleine Familie, für eine schöne Zeit an einem wunderbaren Ort in München. Die Isar ist in 3 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Einige gute Restaurants sind in Fußnähe. Es sind ca. 6 Minuten zur Trambahn und 25 Minuten ins Zentrum.
