The room on offer has three large windows with thick curtains, a sturdy single bed, several closets for your clothes, and a small refrigerator with two hotplates. The apartment includes an external bathroom with a shower and toilet (see floor plan). THE LOCATION The shared apartment is located in an apartment building in Hamburg's Altona-Altstadt district. The university is only a few minutes away by bike (approx. 4 km). The Reeperbahn is only 500 m away. From here, you can do practically everything by train or bike. ... Nearest U/S station "Königstraße" is 200 m away. Nearest U/S station "Reeperbahn" is 600 m away. Nearest DB station "Hamburg-Altona." 850 m away. Nearest airport: Hamburg Airport, 10.5 km away. Fitness centers, supermarkets, fast food outlets, kebabs & pizza, cultural activities, and parks are in the immediate vicinity. SHARED APARTMENT LIFE Living together in the shared apartment is very informal and discreet. Theoretically, everyone can be on their own, as they only share the bathroom and hallway. Joint activities are very welcome, but there's no pressure. There is no full kitchen in the apartment, but there is a shared kitchenette available. Cleaning in the shared apartment is straightforward. Everyone is responsible for their own room. There is a cleaning schedule for the hallway and bathroom. Wi-Fi is available. OTHER Your gender, origin, or age are completely irrelevant. It's much more important that you're a nice, uncomplicated, tidy, and considerate person. There is no kitchen in the apartment; only a small kitchenette with a sink and washing machine is available. Your room has a refrigerator and a small stovetop. German: Kleines WG-Zimmer in sympathischer Wohngemeinschaft DAS ZIMMER Unsere etwas chaotische, aber auch sehr sympathische Wohngemeinschaft besteht aus 3 kleinen, aber gemütlichen WG-Zimmern. Das angebotene Zimmer verfügt über drei große Fenster mit dicken Vorhängen, einem robusten Einzelbett, einigen Wandschränken für Ihre Kleidung und einem kleinen Kühlschrank mit zwei Herdplatten. Zur Wohnung gehört ein außenliegendes Badezimmer mit Dusche und WC (siehe Grundriss). DIE LAGE Die WG befindet sich in einem Mehrfamilienhaus in Hamburg Altona-Altstadt. Bis zur Universität brauchst du mit dem Fahrrad nur ein paar Minuten (ca. 4 km). Die Reeperbahn ist nur 500 m entfernt. DAS WG-LEBEN Das Zusammenleben in der WG ist sehr ungezwungen und diskret. Theoretisch kann jeder für sich allein sein, da man sich lediglich das Bad und den Flur teilt. Gemeinsame Aktivitäten sind sehr willkommen. Es herrscht aber kein Zwang. Eine vollwertige Küche gibt es in der Wohnung nicht. Es steht aber eine Gemeinschafts-Pantryküche zur Verfügung. Die Reinigung in der WG ist unkompliziert geregelt. Jeder ist für sein eigenes Zimmer zuständig. Für den Flur und das Bad gibt es einen Reinigungsplan. W-Lan ist vorhanden. SONSTIGES Dein Geschlecht, deine Herkunft oder dein Alter sind vollkommen egal. Es ist viel wichtiger, dass du ein netter, unkomplizierter, ordentlicher und rücksichtsvoller Mensch bist. Wenn du das erfüllst, dann passt du sehr gut in diese Mirco WG. Wir freuen uns auf deine WICHTIG: Es handelt sich bei unserem Angebot lediglich um ein sehr kleines Zimmer zum Schlafen, Verweilen und Lernen, inkl. Gemeinschaftsbad. Eine Küche gibt es in der Wohnung nicht, es steht lediglich eine kleine Pantryküche mit Waschbecken und Waschmaschine zur Verfügung. In deinem Zimmer gibt es einen Kühlschrank und eine kleine Herdplatte.
