1 room apartment of 65m² in Berlin

Final price of rent will be calculated based on the amount of days. I am searching for someone calm, quiet and who could take care of my plants to stay in my apartment for 2 WEEKS ONLY. Only 1 single person or a couple would be considered. Parties are strictly NOT ALLOWED. The apartment is located next to U Rathaus Neukölln, next to some of Berlin's best bars, restaurants and cafes. German: Ich bin auf der Suche nach jemandem ruhig, ruhig und wer könnte Pflege meiner Pflanzen nehmen, für 3 Monate um in meiner Wohnung bleiben. Nur 1 einzelne Person oder ein Paar würde in Betracht gezogen werden. Partys sind strikt NICHT ERLAUBT. Die Wohnung befindet sich neben dem Rathaus Neukölln, in der Nähe von einigen der besten Bars, Restaurants und Cafés in Berlin.
