English: Here you can have a wonderful temporary flat share for two with lots of space and privacy in a beautiful environment! Our apartment is a bright, well-designed apartment in an old building in the beautiful Sprengelkiez. There is a great connection to public transportation (U6 / U9 / Ringbahn). The building community is open and friendly. The small balcony faces the street, just like the bay window room, and has lots of light. The bedroom faces the inner courtyard, has blackout curtains and is very quiet. You can sleep wonderfully with the window open. The kitchen and bathroom are in the original old style. There is even a bathtub in the bathroom. The kitchen is equipped with a ceramic hob, fridge and dishwasher. We will leave all the dishes, including the coffee machine, in the apartment. The neighborhood has everything you need, supermarkets, restaurants (Korean, Vietnamese, Thai, Turkish and many more) and wonderful cafés.) The Plötzensee and the Volkspark Rehberge are less than a kilometer away and are a wonderful place for walking or jogging. German: Hier könnt ihr eine wunderbare Zweier-WG auf Zeit mit viel Platz und Privatsphäre in einer wunderschönen Umgebung haben! Unsere Wohnung ist eine helle, toll geschnittene Altbauwohnung im schönen Sprengelkiez. Es gibt eine super Anbindung an den Nahverkehr (U6 / U9 / Ringbahn). Die Hausgemeinschaft ist offen und freundlich. Der kleine Balkon geht zur Straße, genau wie das Erkerzimmer und hat sehr viel Licht. Das Schlafzimmer geht zum Innenhof, hat Verdunklungsvorhänge und ist sehr ruhig. Man kann wunderbar mit offenem Fenster schlafen. Küche und Bad sind originaler Altbauschnitt. Im Bad gibt es sogar eine Badewanne. Die Küche ist ausgestattet mit Ceran-Kochplatten, Kühlschrank und Spülmaschine. Wir werden das komplette Geschirr bis hin zur Kaffemaschine in der Wohnung lassen. Im Kiez gibt es alles was man braucht, Supermärkte, Restaurants (Koreanisch, Vietamesisch, Thai, Türkisch uvm.) und wunderschöne Cafés). Der Plötzensee und der Volkspark Rehberge sind einen knappen Kilometer entfernt und sind zum Spazierengehen oder Joggen eine wunderschöne Umgebung.
