Rent Duration & Prices: Minimum rent duration 7 months: 1.595 EUR per month "(including all operating costs and advance payment for ancillary costs with individual settlement)" *Prices may vary depending on length of stay and rental period. After the lease agreement expires, new contracts for extending the stay are possible. For tenants staying 7-12 months, we will require two month’s all-in rent as a deposit.
