My name is Christoph, I am 32 years old and work in sales for a tech company.
I just moved into the apartment with my brother in November, but he is now moving to Vienna at short notice for professional reasons.
That's why I'm now looking for a new roommate.
What is important to me:
- Likeability: It's important to me that you have similar ticks when it comes to cleanliness, tidiness and general manners and that you simply have a certain basic likeability and feel that you can trust each other.
Before a viewing appointment, we can also arrange facetiming or a Zoom call so that we can both get a first impression of each other.

Between Bogenhausen and the English Garden.
The Regina-Ullmann-Straße streetcar and bus stop is a 4-minute walk away and the Johanneskirchen S-Bahn station (S8) is 14 minutes away.
Very practical: 50 meters away is a kind of marketplace / center of the residential area: hairdresser, Edeka, pharmacy, dentist, kebab/pizza/burger, ice cream parlor, tailor, kiosk, etc. so everything is within walking distance, which makes everyday life much easier and saves time :-)

Bright room (bedroom 1 in the photos) with spacious built-in wardrobe incl. private bathroom (bathroom 1) with bathtub and toilet in its own area in an 88sqm roof terrace apartment.
Communal area:

German: Allgemein:
Mein Name ist Christoph, ich bin 32 Jahre alt und arbeite im Vertrieb für einen Tech-Konzern.
Ich bin im November frisch mit meinem Bruder in die Wohnung gezogen, welcher nun aber recht kurzfristig aus beruflichen Gründen nach Wien zieht.
Deshalb suche ich nun einen neuen Mitbewohner oder eine neue Mitbewohnerin.

- Sympathie: Mir ist es wichtig, dass man einigermaßen ähnlich tickt was Sauberkeit, Ordnung und generelle Umgangsformen angeht und auch einfach eine gewisse Grundsympathie da ist und man das Gefühl hat, dass man dem anderen vertrauen kann.
Vor einem Besichtigungstermin können wir auch gerne mal Facetimen oder einen Zoom Call vereinbaren, damit wir beide schon Mal einen ersten Eindruck voneinander bekommen.

- Ich arbeite an 3-4 von 5 Tagen im Home Office. Wenn du tagsüber öfters mal Zuhause bist ist das vollkommen okay für mich, solange man etwas Rücksicht aufeinander nimmt :-)
- Ich selbst habe keine Haustiere, wenn du eines mitbringen möchtest (bitte keine „Haustiere“ die ein Terrarium benötigen :D ) dann sag einfach Bescheid und wir finden eine Lösung.

Lage:
Zwischen Bogenhausen und dem englischen Garten.
Zu Fuß ist man in 4 Minuten an der Tram und Bus-Station Regina-Ullmann-Straße und in 14 Minuten an der S-Bahn Station Johanneskirchen (S8).
Sehr praktisch: 50 Meter entfernt ist eine Art Marktplatz / Zentrum des Wohnviertels: Friseur, Edeka, Apotheke, Zahnarzt, Döner/Pizza/Burger, Eiscafe, Änderungsschneiderei, Kiosk usw somit alles unter einer Minute zu Fuß erreichbar was den Alltag sehr erleichtert und Zeit ohne Ende spart :-)
