The kitchen is professional and custom build, fully equipped with everything for intense cooking if desired. There are many old buildings which are under monument protection, the famous "Landwehrkanal" (ex. Paul-Lincke-Ufer), a popular canal with its trees, restaurants, markets, etc. PUBLIC TRANSPORT is only one minute away. The subway line U8, which leads you to trendy Mitte or individual Neukölln, and a bus line are really close. BACKGROUND of the space This space used to be a little convenience store. From the street you had to step down the little stairs you see on the pictures into a wonderland of everything you urgently needed when other shops were closed. In summer 2024 we fully renovated the apartment and included a highly professional kitchen. Es gibt viele alte Gebäude, die unter Denkmalschutz stehen, den berühmten „Landwehrkanal“ (Paul-Lincke-Ufer), einen beliebten Kanal mit seinen Bäumen, Restaurants, Märkten usw. ÖFFENTLICHE VERKEHRSMITTEL sind nur eine Minute entfernt. Die U-Bahnlinie U8, die Sie ins trendige Mitte oder ins individuelle Neukölln bringt, und eine Buslinie sind ganz in der Nähe. HINTERGRUND der Wohnung: Diese Einheit war früher ein kleiner Gemischtwarenladen. Von der Straße aus musste man die kleine Treppe hinuntergehen, die man auf den Bildern sieht, in ein Wunderland mit allem, was man dringend brauchte, wenn andere Geschäfte geschlossen waren. Im Sommer 2024 haben wir die Wohnung komplett renoviert und eine hochprofessionelle Küche eingebaut.
