The large south-facing window front in the living-dining and kitchen area offers a view of the lush greenery in the front of the building and lining the street. There are 3 rooms: 1 large open concept room (living/dining/kitchen space), and 2 bedrooms. One bedroom has a king size bed and the other has two single loft beds. A door from the living-dining area leads out to the terrace/balcony, which gets direct sunlight throughout the entire day. Whenever it suits, an awning can be rolled out to provide ample shade for dining outdoors or to keep the front room shaded and cool. In the summer, a ceiling fan and windows in the front and back of the apartment allow for excellent air circulation and a comfortable indoor climate. In the living room, the projector, pull-down screen, and a deep, comfy couch create a cinema-like home entertainment experience. The large kitchen offers ample storage and is stocked with pots, pans, plates, glasses, cups, utensils, and everything else needed in a modern kitchen. For coffee drinkers – the espresso maker and coffee grinder elevate the coffee experience to café level. Equipped with a high-speed blender, a dishwasher, and an induction stove, the kitchen's amenities are grade-A. The full-size fridge and freezer have ample space. The apartment has a full-size bathroom with a tub and a rain showerhead, as well as a guest bathroom with just a toilet and sink. Located off the hallway, the guest bathroom also serves as a laundry room with both a washing machine and a dryer. The bedroom faces north and stays well-tempered during all seasons. The closet is open and a large amount of additional storage space can be found in the many drawers that also allow for sitting to get dressed comfortably. The apartment is located in the quiet part of Bahrenfeld. Several buses stop in front of the building and the S-Bahn station Bahrenfeld is less than 10 minutes away by foot. Grocery shopping, pharmacies, doctor's offices, restaurants and cafes are all close by. Several parks are in close proximity and the neighborhood is incredibly green. A movie cinema and Volkspark are only a few minutes away by bike.
