Our comfortable and well-equipped two-room apartment is located in one of the most beautiful residential districts of Berlin, in the historic garden city of Berlin-Frohnau. The place has an excellent infrastructure with numerous stores, banks, restaurants, cafes, pharmacies and doctors' offices. The S-Bahn lines S1 and S85 take you quickly to the center of Berlin. For example, you can reach Friedrichstraße station every 10 minutes in 27 minutes without changing trains. For your own car there is always enough parking space directly in front of the house. To the city freeway A100 the access leads over Heiligensee/Schulzendorfer Straße within 10 minutes. The residential area is embedded in a lot of green, only 100 meters from the house begins the Tegeler Forst. The extensive forest area invites to walks, jogging or Nordic walking. Horseback riding, soccer, tennis and golf round off the sports offer. The apartment on the second floor of a two-family house has a living room, bedroom, kitchen, bathroom, storage room and large balcony. On all sides you look into the green.
