About the rooms: The bedroom is furnished with a comfortable bed, a small desk with a chair, and a wardrobe. The living room features a small sofa with a TV (including Netflix!), a dining table, and a fully equipped open-plan kitchenette, including a Nespresso coffee machine. Both rooms are individually accessible from the hallway, as is the bathroom, which has a bathtub and a window. The apartment includes a basement storage room with a bicycle, which can be used at no extra cost. Plenty of public parking is available directly in front of the apartment. The nearest subway station is about a 10-minute walk away, and the Maschsee Lake is about a 15-minute walk away. Shopping opportunities are also within walking distance. Directly next to the building is a small pedestrian square with seating and shady trees. This square also houses a cozy bar and an upscale restaurant. The rent is a flat rate. Stock eines ruhigen Mehrfamilienhauses in der beliebten Südstadt. Unzählige Restaurants und Bars in fußläufiger Nähe sowie der nahe gelegene Maschsee machen das Flair der Südstadt zu etwas Besonderem. Die Wohnung hat zwei Zimmer und ist perfekt eingerichtet für Berufstätige, die für einige Monate ein praktisches, voll eingerichtetes, ruhiges und schönes Zuhause suchen. Die Zimmer sind beide nach Südwesten ausgerichtet, was die Wohnung hell und lichtdurchflutet macht. Die Temperatur in der Wohnung wird zentral über ein Thermostat gesteuert. Zu den Zimmern: Das Schlafzimmer mit ist mit einem gemütlichen Bett, einem kleinen Schreibtisch mit Stuhl sowie einem Kleiderschrank ausgestattet. Das Wohnzimmer verfügt neben einem kleinen Sofa mit Fernseher (inkl. Netflix!) über einen Esstisch und eine offene Küchenzeile mit kompletter Ausstattung inkl. Nespresso-Kaffeemaschine. Beide Zimmer sind einzeln über den Flur erreichbar, ebenso wie das Bad. Dieses verfügt über eine Badewanne und ein Fenster. Zur Wohnung gehört ein Kellerraum, in dem ein Fahrrad bereitsteht, das ohne Zusatzkosten mitgenutzt werden darf. Öffentliche Parkplätze sind direkt an der Wohnung reichlich vorhanden. Zur nächstgelegenen U-Bahn-Station sind es zu Fuß etwa 10 Minuten, zum Maschseee etwa 15 Minuten. Auch Einkaufsgelegenheiten sind in fußläufiger Nähe erreichbar. Direkt am Haus befindet sich ein kleiner Fußgängerplatz mit Sitzgelegenheiten und Schatten spendenden Bäumen. Ebenso befinden sich an diesem Platz eine gemütliche Bar sowie ein gehobenes Restaurant. Die Miete ist eine Pauschalmiete. Es fällt nach Auszug eine Endreinigungsgebühr in Höhe von 150 € an. In der Wohnung ist das Rauchen nicht gestattet.
