Dear tenants, We are leaving for some months and are offering our lovely apartment for a period between 3 to 5 months. Placed in a Friedrichsfelde, very quiet and nice area, in a new building. Close to Ubahn and Sbahn stations. Less than 20 minutes to reach Ostkreuz or Warschauerstrasse. Aldi, REWE, Rossman,... are also close to here The apartment has a big diving room with the kitchen included, and a separated bedroom. It is fully furnished, including oven, fridge, microwave and dishwasher in the kitchen ,TV and washing machine. But for this time, the best part should be the private garden that you would have for enjoying Berlin lovely weather during Spring and Summer :) Ideal for moving to Berlin and looking for a permanent accommodation with time and calm.
