German: Das Haus liegt in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße in Spandau zwischen weiteren Villen. Durch den direkt angrenzenden Wald ist keine Einsicht in die Wohnung möglich, so dass die Privatsphäre gewährleistet ist. Die Nachbarschaft ist super nett und hilfsbereit.
