English: The 3-room apartment is located in Kendenich – on the outskirts of Cologne, close to the forest and surrounded by greenery. We live there ourselves and are looking for nice housemates for our ground floor apartment with a friendly community of residents. There are new windows throughout. There is a laundry room with use of a washing machine and drying facilities. The apartment is self-contained. The kitchen (including dishes, pots, cutlery, etc., if needed) has an oven, microwave, dishwasher, and refrigerator. The bathroom will be completed with a shower as soon as possible. It has an exterior window. The rent will be reduced until completion. The furnishings will be agreed upon in detail. Kendenich is a 15-minute walk from line 18, which goes to Cologne and Bonn, but it's faster by bike. The nearest Cologne districts are Klettenberg/Sülz. Five houses further on, the fields and forests of the Ville begin. It's a 10-minute bike ride to Bleibtreusee. The rental period is limited, and we can discuss the details. The length of the rental period can be agreed upon from a few months to half a year. German: Die 3 Zimmerwohnung liegt in Kendenich – am Rande Kölns nahe am Wald im Grünen. Wir wohnen selbst dort und suchen nette Mitbewohner für unserer Parterrewohnung mit einer netten Hausgemeinschaft. Es gibt neue Fenster rundum. Es gibt einen Waschkeller mit Nutzung der Waschmaschine und Trockenmöglichkeit. Die Wohnung ist abgeschlossen. Die Küche (bei Bedarf inkl. Geschirr, Töpfe, Besteck etc.) hat einen Backofen, mit Mikrowelle, eine Spülmaschine und einen Kühlschrank. Das Bad wir noch (asap.) mit der Dusche komplettiert. Es hat ein Außenfenster. Bis zur Fertigstellung wird die Miete reduziert. Die Möblierung wird im Detail noch miteinander abgestimmt. Kendenich liegt fußläufig 15 min von der Linie 18 entfernt, die geht nach Köln und Bonn, mit dem Rad geht’s schneller. Nächste Kölner Stadtteile sind Klettenberg/Sülz. 5 Häuser weiter beginnen die Felder und Wälder der Ville. Zum Bleibtreusee sind es mit dem Rad 10 min. Der Wohnzeitraum ist befristet, über Details können wir uns abstimmen. Die Größenordnung kann von wenigen Monaten bis zu einem halben Jahr abgestimmt werden.
