3 rooms apartment of 75m² in Cologne

We are going traveling for 6 months (mid-August 2026 to mid-February 2027) and are looking for lovely people who will love (and treat) our apartment just as much as we do. The apartment is located in Neuehrenfeld at Brandtsplatz, close to Lenauplatz – right in the heart of beautiful Neuehrenfeld, with cafés, bars, restaurants, supermarkets, etc. in the immediate neighborhood. What to expect: Fully equipped kitchen (incl. dishwasher, fridge, freezer, washing machine, and various kitchen appliances) Spacious bedroom with an extra-wide (2.3m) bed Cozy living room with plenty of space and an integrated projector setup Daylight bathroom with a shower/bathtub combination Drying attic for easily hanging up laundry Herringbone parquet flooring in almost all rooms Very friendly building community The apartment is fully furnished and equipped with everything you need – so you really just need to bring your suitcases. We are very attached to our furniture and plants, so we are looking for someone who will treat them with care and respect. No parties – (Neu-)Ehrenfeld offers plenty of alternatives in the immediate area. The apartment can also be adapted to a flatshare setup if needed (we would handle the adjustments for you). Pets and smoking are not allowed. Rent: The total all-inclusive rent (including all utilities, electricity, heating, and Wi-Fi) is €1,500 per month.
