Apartment #7 on the ground floor is a real dream of a boutique-style micro apartment.
We especially love the spacious kitchen and the walk-in wardrobe, where you'll find plenty of storage space.
The highlight of the room is a comfortable queen-size bed that ensures a restful and good night's sleep, so that the next day will definitely start full of energy, whatever your plans are.
From the bed or the cosy sitting area, you can enjoy a view of the backyard through the wall-high windows or linger in front of the TV.
To maintain your privacy or protect you from the sun's rays, we have installed retractable blinds and electronic shutters to partially or completely darken the room.
In the spacious and fully equipped kitchen, you will find everything you need to be self-sufficient: refrigerator, cooker and oven, as well as all cooking utensils.
If cooking isn't your thing, that's no problem either: you can have groceries (. via Gorillas or Flink) or meals delivered to your home within minutes by one of the city's many delivery services (. Lieferando or Wolt).
An en-suite bathroom with shower completes the flat.

Mitten in der schönsten Stadt am Rhein liegt unser ruhiger Hinterhofkomplex mit insgesamt 16 Mikroapartments, die Anfang 2023 fertiggestellt wurden.
Hier findest du alles, was du dir von einem boutique-style Mikroapartment wünschst, egal wie kurz oder lang du bei uns bist:

Unsere Vision für den Cornelius Hof ist: „Ankommen & losleben“ – und wir glauben, genau das ist uns gelungen.
Das Apartment #7 im Erdgeschoß ist ein echter Traum eines boutique-style Mikroappartement.
Wir lieben besonders die geräumige Küche und den begehbaren Kleiderschrank, in dem du viel Stauraum findest.
Das Highlight des Raums ist ein bequemes Queensize Bett, das für erholsamen und guten Schlaf sorgt, damit der nächste Tag auf jeden Fall voller Energie startet, was auch immer deine Pläne sind.
Vom Bett oder der gemütlichen Sitzecke kannst du durch die wandhohen Fenster einen Blick in den Hinterhof genießen oder vor dem Fernseher verweilen.
Um deine Privatsphäre zu wahren oder dich vor Sonnenstrahlen zu schützen haben wir ausziehbare Jalousien und elektronische Rolladen eingebaut, um den Raum teilweise oder komplett zu verdunkeln.
In der großzügigen und voll ausgestatteten Küche findest du alles, was du brauchst, um dich selbst zu versorgen: Kühlschrank, Herd und Ofen sowie alle Kochuntensilien.
Falls Kochen nicht dein Ding ist, ist das auch kein Problem: du kannst dir innerhalb von Minuten Lebensmittel (z.B. über Gorillas oder Flink) oder Mahlzeiten von einem der vielen Lieferdienste der Stadt (z.B. Lieferando oder Wolt) nach Hause kommen lassen.
