English: This loft apartment is suitable for business travelers, Single persons, couples, or small families. The whole apartment will be used by the guest only. It´s a 2 room flat with a size of 79m². It has a big living room with an open plan kitchen with an own dishwasher and a balcony. Besides that, it has a big master bedroom with a master bed, a separate daybed, and a workplace. This room has an access to a second balcony to a quiet garden side. The bathroom has a shower, sink, toilet and a washing machine, and a dryer. In the apartment is a wifi connection. It´s not allowed to use the internet for any illegal activities or visiting any illegal websites. As a result, I will require a disclaimer form to be signed as I give the keys to the Guest. It will state that the Guest will be in charge of the Internet for the duration of their stay. Please note that the apartment is on the 4th floor and there is no elevator/lift.
