This loft apartment is suitable for business travelers, Single persons, couples, or small families. The whole apartment will be used by the guest only. It´s a 2 room flat with a size of 79m². It has a big living room with an open plan kitchen with an own dishwasher and a balcony. Besides that, it has a big master bedroom with a master bed, a separate daybed, and a workplace. This room has an access to a second balcony to a quiet garden side. The bathroom has a shower, sink, toilet and a washing machine, and a dryer. In the apartment is a wifi connection. It´s not allowed to use the internet for any illegal activities or visiting any illegal websites. As a result, I will require a disclaimer form to be signed as I give the keys to the Guest.
