Living on three floors with two sunny terraces – right in the city center, yet in a completely quiet location. The townhouse has been lovingly renovated with wooden floors, plenty of light, and charm. It has four spacious rooms and two bathrooms (one with a bathtub), a small garden with a patio and a roof terrace, and a fully equipped kitchen with steam oven and dishwasher. A washing machine and dryer are located in the basement. Ideal for a family with children: There is a bedroom with a double bed, a large youth room with sleeping accommodations for two, and a guest room/office space with a single bed. Rent including all utilities (heating, water, phone/Wi-Fi + electricity) We (a family of 3) are going abroad for 8 months and are looking for friendly subtenants for our home during this time. Our cat, who is rather shy but very friendly, also lives in the house.
