English: Die Altbauwohnung liegt in Berlin-Wilmersdorf, dem Herzen des Westberliner Zentrums. Der Kurfürstendamm, ist zu Fuß in ca. 10. Minuten erreichbar. In der Umgebung gibt es viele Cafés und Restaurants (Pariserstraße & Uhlandstraße). Die U-Bahnstation ist nur 2 Minuten entfernt. Mit der U7 und U3 ist man ganz schnell am Zoo, am Potsdamer Platz oder in Kreuzberg. Gleich neben der Wohnung sind zwei Supermärkte, eine Drogerie und der Preußenpark, wo man gut joggen gehen kann. Zahlreiche Schulen sind auch fußläufig zu erreichen, wie z. B. die Internationale Nelson Mandela Schule.
Die Wohnung selber ist mit vier großzügigen Räumen ausgestattet. Das Hauptschlafzimmer verfügt über ein extragroßes Boxspringbett. Alle anderen Räume, außer das Wohnzimmer, sind mit Schlafsofas ausgestattet. Insgesamt gibt es mindestens 5 Schlafmöglichkeiten. Außerdem gibt es zwei Fernseher (Schlaf- und Wohnzimmer), WLAN, Apple-TV und einen Arbeitsplatz inklusive Computerbildschirm. Die Wohnung wird kurz vor der Vermietung noch gestrichen. The apartment is located in the neighbourhood of Wilmersdorf-Berlin, the city center of West Berlin. The world famous Kurfürstendamm, is in walking distance (10 minutes). Coffee places and restaurants are very close by (Pariserstraße & Uhlandstraße). The U-Bahnstation for the U7 and U3 are only a 2 minutes walk, as well as supermarkets and the Preussenpark for those who like to go for a run in the morning. Several schools, like the International Nelson Mandela School, are also very close.
The apartment itself has four very spacious room. One of them, the master bedroom, is equiped with a king-size box spring bed. The other two rooms have sofa beds, except the living room. All together you will find at least five sleeping places. The master bedroom and the living room have a TV. In addition, you will find WiFi, an Apple-TV and a desk with a computer screen. All the appartment will be renovated shortly before our departure. The kitchen has all the necessary equipment: oven, stove, fridge, freezer, dish washer and washing maschine. In the kitchen itself there is a little chamber where additional stuff can be stored.
