English: My flat is centrally located on the southern inner city ring road of Leipzig, also known as Zentrum Südost. It is a 5-minute walk from the city centre. The flat is on the 4th floor and there is a lift. Supermarkets and the city centre with many shopping opportunities are within a few minutes' walking distance. The flat has an open-plan kitchen and is very bright. The living area has a sofa and a desk for working (no hardware provided). The bedroom has a 2 x 1.8 m bed and a wardrobe. The bathroom is equipped with a toilet, washbasin, bathtub and towel dryer. German: Meine Wohnung liegt zentral am südlichen Innenstadtring von Leipzig, auch Zentrum Südost genannt. 5 Minuten Fußweg von der Innenstadt. Die Wohnung befindet sich im 4. Stock, es gibt einen Aufzug. In der Umgebung sind Supermärkte und das Stadtzentrum mit vielen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Wohnung mit offener Küche ist sehr hell. Im Wohnbereich gibt es ein Sofa und einen Schreibtisch zum Arbeiten (keine Hardware-Ausstattung). Das Schlafzimmer verfügt über ein 2 x 1,8 m großes Bett und einen Kleiderschrank. Das Badezimmer ist mit einem WC, einem Waschbecken, einer Badewanne und einem Handtuchtrockner ausgestattet.
