Rent 3 bedroom apartment of 26 m² in Berlin

We have a private room available in an apartment to share with 2 others, and would like to look for a quiet person to share the space.
The area for your exclusive use includes both a living room and a bedroom as well as a storage room, total floor area of this area is around 26m2.
While the room is for your own use only (green in the floor plan), and has its own key, you will be sharing the kitchen and bathroom with 2 others (yellow in the floor plan). One of the flatmates is a graphic designer, and the other room is listed on Wunderflats as well, so might change during your stay.
The flat is on the 4th floor, but you have a lift stopping on the 3rd and 6th floor. The total floor area of the flat is around 70m2.
The apartment is situated right in the city center, 5 mins from Alexanderplatz station. In term of our position to the surrounding neighborhoods, to the north, we have Prenzlauer Berg, a lovely residential area with their local bars and restaurants. To the east, we have Karl-Marx-Allee with an abundance of iconic architecture from the DDR times. To the west, we have Hackerscher Markt / Museum island (the name probably speaks for itself!). To the south, you can find Unter der Linden, the historical street in Berlin, leading to Brandenburg gate and the civic district.
In terms of transport, Alexanderplatz is one of the busiest transport hubs in Berlin, with long distance trains, local trains (U-bahn and S-bahn), trams, regional bus (Flixbus) as well as local bus connections. It is definitely one of most well connected place in Berlin.
For grocery shopping, there is a supermarket just round the corner from the building, as well as a 24 hour convenience store, pizzaria and gym right across the road.
Having lived in this area myself, I have to say it is hard to find a better area that allows you to travel easily to any part of Berlin, and at the same time is in itself a lovely place to live in!
