Summary:
The property is my beloved private apartment. Therefore, I ask every guest to treat them with respect. Since I travel a lot, I rent out the apartment every now and then.
The living room:
The apartment is a single room apartment but would also offer enough space for 2 people. A fitted kitchen, a freshly renovated bathroom, and a balcony are also available.
Access for guests:
The whole apartment is available for you. You have the living room with 2 couches, dining table which is also suitable for work, the bed in a nice corner, a seperate kitchen, bathroom & balcony.
The neighborhood:
The apartment is right next to the beautiful Schillerkiez with numerous restaurants. 5 minutes walk from the apartment is also the TempelhoferFeld, which offers numerous leisure activities. The Hasenheide, another beautiful park, is also only 10 min away (with open-air cinema etc.). There are also supermarkets in the immediate vicinity. 1 min. away is a large Rewe, in 2 min. you can reach a Lidl and Roßmann.
Public transport:
The apartment is 3 minutes walk from the U8, with which you are super fast in Kreuzberg and Alexanderplatz. The rest of the city is also super fast to reach. In front of the door are also charging stations for Miles cars (recommend motorists to download the app. For cyclists is also directly in the street (20m) a Nextbike station, where you can rent bicycles at the minimum price super easy (also app download recommendation).

Zusammenfassung:
Es handelt sich bei der Unterkunft um meine geliebte private Wohnung. Daher bitte ich jeden Gast diese mit Respekt zu behandeln. Da ich viel unterwegs bin, vermiete ich die Wohnung hin & wieder.
Der Wohnraum:
Es handelt sich um eine Einraumwohnung, die theoretisch aber auch ausreichend Platz für 2 Personen bieten würde. Eine separate Einbauküche, ein frisch saniertes Bad, sowie ein Balkon sind ebenfalls vorhanden.
Zugang für Gäste:
Die ganze Wohnung steht Ihnen zur Verfügung. Sie haben das Wohnzimmer mit 2 Sofas, Esstisch, der auch zum Arbeiten geeignet ist, das Bett in einer schönen Ecke, eine separate Küche, Bad und Balkon. Neben dem Flur im Eingangsbereich befindet sich ebenso eine kleine Hauswirtschaftsecke.
Lage
Die Nachbarschaft:
Die Wohnung liegt direkt neben dem schönen Schillerkiez mit zahlreichen Restaurants. 5 Gehminuten von der Wohnung ist auch das TempelhoferFeld, welches zahlreiche Freizeitaktivitäten bietet. Die Hasenheide, ein weiterer schöner Park, ist auch nur 10 min entfernt (mit Freiluftkino etc.). Supermärkte gibt es ebenfalls in Unmittelbarer Nähe. 1 min. enftfernt ist ein großer Rewe, in 2 min. erreicht man einen Lidl sowie Roßmann.
Verkehrsmittel:
Die Wohnung ist 3 Gehminuten von der U8 entfernt, mit der man super schnell in Kreuzberg und am Alexanderplatz ist. Auch der Rest der Stadt ist dadurch super schnell zu erreichen. Vor der Tür sind ebenfalls Aufladestationen für Miles Autos (empfehle Autofahrern das downloaden der App. Für Fahrradfahrer ist ebenfalls direkt in der Straße (20m) eine Nextbike Station, bei der man sich Fahrräder zum Minimalpreis super einfach leihen kann (ebenfalls App-Download Empfehlung).
