English: I will be abroad for the next months, so my nice apartment is available. Close to the Leopoldplatz/Berlin Mitte, in the 5th floor under the roof, with 76qm, in an old but renovated house. There is a big balcony, two bedrooms (1st bedroom: cm; 2nd bedroom (), last one can be separated into 2 beds (200x80)) and one lightfull livingroom with kitchen, dischwasher, washing machine, with internet (they say 1000 MBit, but often less), and everything needed. No Lift! U6 and U9 are 5 minutes away, top public transport; about 15 min per public transport to Berlin main station. Please take care of the plants. German: Ich bin auswärts, meine Wohnung ist daher frei. Super Lage, Leopoldplatz, Nähe Hauptbahnhof (15min), 5 Stock (kein Lift), 2 Schlafzimmer (Schlafzimmer 1: cm; Schlafzimmer 2: cm, bestehend aus cm Betten, die nebeneinander oder übereinander gestapelt werden können; Großer heller Wohnbereich mit Küche, toller Terrasse, Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine und Internet (angeblich 100Mbit, oft aber weniger). U6/U9 5 min entfernt. Und bitte gießt den Balkon.
