It is fully furnished (a bed for 2 persons, a pull-out sofa bed also for 2 persons, desk, TV, WiFi, built-in wardrobe, book shelves).
The kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave, cooktop, fridge, toaster, kettle and coffee machine, plates and cutlery.
Waching machine is available.
The city hall (Stadthaus), as well as the S-Bahn and U-Bahn stops are in the immediate vicinity. There are also supermarkets nearby and other shopping facilities.
* Electricity consumption of 60 kWh per month as well as cold water consumption of 2,6 m3, hot water of 1 m3 per month and heating of 60 units are included in the rent.
If the consumption limit for heating, water and electricity is exceeded, the landlord is entitled to an additional payment. For this purpose, the landlord shall issue a bill based on the unit costs specified in the rental agreement.
