Our new, cozy holiday apartment has three comfortable double rooms. In the spacious living and dining area, our guests can spend quality time together and enjoy their personal time away. The three double-room holiday apartment sleeps two people each and is furnished with single beds. All three rooms have separate locks. The kitchen and living room are shared by all guests. The two bathrooms with shower and toilet are shared with the guests. The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances such as a stove and refrigerator/freezer, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, and toaster. A washing machine and dryer are available for use in the hallway. There is also an inviting balcony with beautiful views of the Jura landscape. Our vacation apartment in Kallmünz is very easy to reach from Regensburg on the B15, just 25 km away. The bus stop is a 2-minute walk away. Two extra beds are available upon request for €10 each when booking all three rooms. A sofa bed is also available for €10 when booking all three rooms. The entire apartment can accommodate 10 people. Towels, bed linen, Wi-Fi, parking, washing machine, etc. are included in the basic price. It is also a perfect accommodation for mechanics, workers, and business travelers who also love nature. For daily needs, there is a bakery, pharmacy, supermarket, savings bank, and a bus stop in the area. The nearest towns to Regensburg, Schwandorf, Cham, Amberg, and Weiden can be reached in 30-40 minutes.
