Alle Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, sowie die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel sind gut erreichbar. Ideal für Geschäftsleute, keine Raucher, keine Haustiere (Auf dem Balkon ist das Rauchen möglich). Auch das Frühstück geht auf dem Balkon. Die 42 qm werden durch ca. 8 qm im Emporenbereich auf circa 50 qm effektiv nutzbaren Innenaum erweitert. Der Hauptwohnbereich ist frei von Schlafstätten, die vorhandenen Schlafstätten entziehen sich darüber hinaus komplett den Blicken von Bewohnern und Gästen. Dadurch ist die Wohnung besonders geeignet auch formale Empfänge in der Wohnzone abzuhalten. Der Esstisch im Wohnbereich bietet Platz für 6 Personen. Wenn es gewünscht ist, können vorübergehend bis zu 4 Personen bequem nächtigen. Der Fernseher in der Wohnzone wurde bereits durch ein Smart TV ersetzt (noch nicht auf den Bildern zu sehen). In der Schlafzone wurde ein zweites Smart TV angebracht. Alle Eigner-seitigen persönlichen Gegenstände werden natürlich vor Ihrem Einzug entfernt.
