3 rooms apartment of 65 m² in Winterberg

Feel at home in my cozy TREEHOUSE right next to the Kurpark. It consists of 3 apartments and an indoor playground, a real highlight for young and old when the weather is bad! The apartments are very well equipped, . with WiFi, smart TVs with their own Netflix account, Sonos speakers. Indoor playground: Nintendo Switch, table football, darts, Lego etc. Community garden with barbecue, ski room, bike garage, washing machine and dryer. Pets are welcome (please book)! The 62m² 3 room apartment on the 1st floor is furnished with stylish furniture and you will find a number of extras here that far exceed the standards of normal holiday apartments. The heart of the apartment is the well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, espresso and filter machine (including coffee/espresso), electrical milk frother, oven, microwave, kettle and everything you need for cooking. In addition to the dining table for 6 people, you will also find the corner sofa (extendable sofa bed) and a swiveling Smart TV (incl. Netflix account) as well as Sonos speakers for playing your favorite music, podcasts, YouTube etc. In the two bedrooms you will find comfortable 180cm king size box spring beds and a small TV (including Prime and Netflix). One of the bedrooms has a fixed baby bed (120x60cm). I can optionally provide another baby travel cot. Since I usually live here myself, you will find real plants and attention to detail here. This makes the apartment a lot more homely than most apartments in Winterberg. My apartment is family friendly. Of course there is a high chair if needed, but have you ever had a changing table in the Airbnb? Here you have it (in the bathroom)! . The bathroom is modern with a towel warmer and a floor-level shower, but unfortunately only a small window for ventilation. Here you will find everything you need: a hair dryer, towels, shower gel and shampoo. indoor playground The play area is on the same level opposite the apartment and offers something for all ages: large TV with Nintendo Switch, table football, darts, small climbing wall, children's slide and playhouse, baby swing, various toys such as Lego... Other common areas: garden with barbecue and seating, ski room, bike garage, washing machine/dryer. Pets are welcome! (But must be “booked”)
