The apartment is a 124 square metres (1345 t) duplex apartment in a 19th-century residential building, situated in the yard, very quiet with no traffic noise at all. It has 5 rooms: 3 bedrooms, a dining and a living room and two bathrooms.
On the ground floor, there is the entrance floor, a bathroom with shower and toilet, the kitchen, the dining room and the living room, as well as a storage room. The kitchen is fully equipped, including a dishwasher and cutlery for 12 persons. The dining room is equipped with a dinner table and chairs for 10 persons.
