4 rooms house of 110m² in Hamburg

Hello, we will be away for three months in 2026 and are looking for subtenants for our house in Hamburg from March 1st to May 31st, 2026. The house has a practical layout. It has a large eat-in kitchen with an adjoining living and dining area. From here, you can access the very large terrace. This terrace is covered by a glass roof and partially enclosed, making it feel almost like a conservatory. Adjacent to the terrace, we built an outdoor office this year. The house has a spacious bathroom with a shower and a large corner bathtub for two people. Upstairs, there is the master bedroom and a very small children's room. This room only fits a bed. Since we have a small dog ourselves, we allow one pet, provided it is not too large. The garden is approximately 150 m² and can be used in its entirety.
