The apartment is wonderful for 1-3 people who want to work for some time in Wuppertal, study, visit relatives or go on holiday. It offers plenty of space and is located in a preferred area of Wuppertal-Elberfeld. Maximum 3 people (1 sofa bed in the living room) have space. The living room The apartment has a bedroom with 180 cm double bed, a living room with sofa bed and flat screen, a large, fully equipped eat-in kitchen with dining table, a conservatory overlooking the garden and a bright tub bathroom with window. The floors are covered with light grey laminate and the apartment is heated with modern infrared heaters. . We expressly do NOT rent the apartment for celebration purposes, but exclusively for residential purposes. The apartment is located on the first floor of a small apartment building (6 parties) in Wuppertal-Elberfeld. The bus stops are only about 50m away. The main train station / the city centre is about 7 minutes by bus, to the university maybe 10-15 minutes. By car you can take the A46 in 3 minutes in the direction of Düsseldorf (approx. 20 minutes) and towards Dortmund. Right next to the house there is a forest - well suited for the daily jogging round or a walk, the large garden can be used in summer. Includes all additional costs except for final cleaning.
