2 rooms apartment of 130m² in Tübingen

We - my partner, my son and I - are going to Scotland in October for a research stay of one year. During this time, we would like to rent out our beautiful apartment in the center of Tübingen. The apartment has an eat-in kitchen, a bathroom with shower and washing machine, and three rooms, which we currently use as bedroom, children's room, and study/living room. There is also a nice terrace facing the hillside with a small garden. Depending on the arrangement, we can remove some of the children's furniture and/or toys from the apartment. There is a large bed () in the children's room. The apartment is therefore also suitable for a shared flat. The rent includes all utilities plus internet and GeZ.
