The large, bright and spacious 4-room apartment is fully furnished to a high standard. The apartment is very centrally located, the subway is right outside the door, yet all rooms are very quiet and fully equipped. All four rooms are separately accessible. The apartment has 2 bathrooms, each with shower, toilet etc. 2 rooms are about 25 square meters and have a double bed, 2 rooms are about 18 square meters and have a single bed. Further important information: Please note that check-in is possible between 15:00 and 24:00. Special arrangements must be made in advance for other times. A late check-in fee of EUR 20 applies for arrivals after 22:00. The apartment is cleaned every 2 weeks. There is an extra charge of 36 EUR (12 EUR per hour) per cleaning. Heating, water and electricity costs are included in the rental price.
