English: The large, bright and spacious 4-room apartment is fully furnished to a high standard. The apartment is very centrally located, the subway is right outside the door, yet all rooms are very quiet and fully equipped. All four rooms are separately accessible. The apartment has 2 bathrooms, each with shower, toilet etc. 2 rooms are about 25 square meters and have a double bed, 2 rooms are about 18 square meters and have a single bed. Further important information: Please note that check-in is possible between 15:00 and 24:00. Special arrangements must be made in advance for other times. A late check-in fee of EUR 20 applies for arrivals after 22:00. The apartment is cleaned every 2 weeks. There is an extra charge of 36 EUR (12 EUR per hour) per cleaning. Heating, water and electricity costs are included in the rental price. German: Die grosse, helle und geräumige 4 Zimmer Wohung ist hochwertig komplett eingerichtet. Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral, die U-Bahn ist direkt vor der Tür, trotzdem sind alle Zimmer sehr ruhig und voll ausgestattet. Alle vier Zimmer sind getrennt begehbar. Die Wohnung verfügt über 2 Badezimmer, jeweils mit Dusche, Toilette etc. 2 Zimmer sind ca. 25qm gross und haben ein Doppelbett, 2 Zimmer sind ca 18qm gross und haben ein Einzelbett. Weitere wichtige Infos: Bitte beachten Sie, dass der Check-in zwischen 15:00 und 24:00 Uhr möglich ist. Für andere Zeiten muss vorab eine Sonderregelung vereinbart werden. Bei Ankunft nach 22:00 Uhr fällt eine Late-Check-in-Gebühr in Höhe von 20 EUR an. Alle 2 Wochen wird das Apartment gereinigt. Hierfür entstehen Extra-Kosten in Höhe von 36 EUR (12 EUR pro Stunde) je Reinigung. Heizungs-, Wasser und Elektrizitätskosten sind im Mietpreis inkludiert.
