Das Gebäudes wird aktuell saniert. Es werden verschiedene ökologische Maßnahmen umgesetzt, um die Energieeffizienz und Nachhaltigkeit des Gebäudes zu verbessern. Das Dachgeschoss wird ausgebaut, eine energiesparende Fassadendämmung wird angebracht und ein Fahrstuhl wird installiert. Zusätzlich werden die Balkone instandgesetzt und der Innenhof wird erneuert.
